Im wasting my time and i am very self aware

when i'll be 21+ working a slave 9-5 job, i know for a fact that i wasted my teenage years doing nothing.
I have atleasted completed teenage life but havent lived it.
what do i mean by that?

I mean that ive tried skating got myself a skateboard
but only went total 7-8 times
got to learn to play the guitar
got to go to a house party
got to go to a local band
be in a band (not playing but apart of the team)
all within 9 months.....
i got lucky that i got to experience this
majority of people in here havent experienced it.
but im wasting my time as in right now
i do nothing but game that doesnt benefit me at all.

for me it does, i am self aware of a lot of things around me. But i dare not to change, i dont know why and most times dont know how.
