I'm worried I still might be a sub-5 after all my surgeries (rant)

Here's a list of surgeries I've either got or will get soon

1. BiMax
2. Gynocomastia
3. Rhinoplasty
4. Hair transplant
5. Fat Transfer
6. Blepharoplasty (hunter eye surgery)

I'm also wearing green eye contacts and wearing shoe lifts to go from 5'10 to 6'0. I also took Ozempic to go from 200 lbs to 160 lbs.

For context, Wheat Waffles rated me a 4/10 before I started

What if I'm still an incel after all this work? I might actually kill myself for doing all this hard work and still be invisible to women.
