I was the ugliest between 14.5-15 yrs old. Plus I got really skinny and stopped working out so I couldn't pull off being a low inhib badass without getting people annoyed for it, but I wasn't physically bullied, just mocked. I started getting a lot bigger and goodlooking around my 16th birthday cause I was properly into puberty by then.
