Oatmeal is goated gymcel bulking food. I'm on the toilet taking a dump right now after eating oatmeal with protein milk hot chocolate powder and salt. Can add Whey protein powder to it if you want.

Yeah. I ate like 2,835+ calories today already. I cut down to like sub-10% body fat back in October/November. So I've been so fucking hungry bulking in the last 45 days.

When cutting, do not keep a lot of calorie dense snacks or comfort foods in the house. Especially not the pantry and freezer. And prioritize eating mostly lean proteins, veggies and fruit to keep calories low. Reduce the amount of grains you eat as this will keep calories low. Like two slices of toast is 200 calories. And toast is like the most mid shit you can eat. If you regularly eat proteins with bread, pasta or rice, get used to cutting out bread, pasta and rice. It's a very easy way to slash your calories. Potatoes are less calorie dense than those grains. But obviously fries and other potatoes cooked in oil are going to be high in calories. So avoid those. Chicken and frozen mixed veggies are a good go-to meal. Fattier cuts of meat and cheese are fine within moderation. Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 0-cal syrup and topped with fruit is a good go-to snack. Can even be a meal. I like to include peanut butter, nuts or avocado chunks sometimes in Greek yogurt bowls to keep my fats in. But you do not need more than 0.66g fat/kg of bodyweight. In fact I would often routinely eat even less than that on my cut.
