The water is in the pupae stage and when you drink it slowly feeds off you inside and gains nutrients and grows into a fully adult water micro bug
Pupae insect are usually white or like discoloured that the colour of water, there is no colour but when they grow you piss the colour is yellow which means they have grown and go back into the earth(big water treatment factory waste shit) and cycle repeats
