that's what I plan to get in a year. I plan to spend $17k though. You can easily get it for half the cost if you don't care about the surgeon doing it.

Well I definitely care about the surgeon because I want a really good rhino. Hopefully it’s like 8-10k.

yeah my septum/columella is deviated (leaning to the left) so my 3/4 profile looks garbage with uneven nostrils. I can breathe perfectly fine so I don't need a turbinate reduction.
