The thing is your 5"10 lightweight like Olivera could be quite a bit heavier and more dangerous on the street if he didn't have to make weight. Add some muscle that he would gain from not doing all that insane cardio (its catabolic as fuck in the amounts they train) and put him at 20-22 percent bodyfat and he is way more powerful for a street fight, they dont last five rounds so all that insane cardio is not needed. But that is not good for his sport.

if you have good clavicles you can have as much muscle as u want and it would halo you , you can also be untrained and look aesthetic. Orc or lundgren tier frame or death
