It's one thing if you're publishing a web series where you don't give af and you just write whatever the fuck you want, but trying to actually write successful books that can be sold on a large scale must be pure suicide fuel; literally every page would have to be filled to the brim with lowest common nominator bluepill horseshit.

As somebody who actually writes as a hobby, the mere thought of this makes me puke

Imagine having to make every main character a subhuman betabucks transgender lesbian that somehow gets the girl/boy/whatever despite total lack of redeeming quality, overthrows the evil white rich guy (because it HAS to be an evil white rich guy; otherwise the jews won't publish your book), etc whatever leftist feel-good propaganda bullshit is the 'in' currently. You'd never be able to write anything that's actually interesting.

Holy shit I'd rather just kill myself.

Thankfully, online web-publishing is making it easier to avoid this nonsense

It really isn't. Consistently churning out books like a human writing factory is very hard, especially when you're only a single flop away from bankruptcy. The fact that AI now lets trolls mass-produce slop makes it even worse.
