Literaly suifuel, out of chest, shoulders, biceps, back my strongest bodypart are legs...
I dont even train them and they are getting stronger faster than everything else.

FUCK THIS SHIT
Imagine being able to do 15 reps of 260kg on the leg press and struggle with 70kg bench press and 30kg preacher curl. JFL at these genetics

Leg press is easy asf. You should be using squat as a measure of leg strength. I doubt you can even squat half of what you can leg press.

Squat is hard on my back so I dont even do it, not worth risking injury just to train most worthless bodypart jfl
 
legs are the strongest part of everybody, there arent any bodybuilders which can bench press more than their squat

My back hurts and I dont feel comfortable with it, I just do box jumps and simple squats just to increase vertical for NBAmax and leg press, leg curls anf extensions once per week

Is they supposed to be bad? Nothing like having foid sucking ur off o her knees between ur huge muscular legs

If your back hurts your’re doing it wrong , its worth learning because squat is a Nice t booster and releases a ton of growth hormone
