Is it worth it doing jaw surgery if the benefits (better speech patterns, breathing, chewing and so on) outweigh the negatives (possibility of not really good aesthetic outcome)

My mom saw the 3d morph and said it was good, but i couldn't see where she sees that.
Tbh i may think i have BDD (why i am on this forum to begin with)

Arent you guaranteed to see an aesthetic improvement from jaw surgery. Health and beauty go together very nicely.

if your at the point where you think you look better pre morph you wont see any significant change to your face. Just make sure you dont have a monkey philtrum post operation.
