Immune system max?

So my immune system is trash. I get way too sick way too often for way too long and I cant do anything about it.
Ill be out of commission for like a week cause of a head cold, or like last year I got pneumonia 3 times.
I eat healthy, take my vitamins, get my exercise, ect. But I still get sick.

Are there any ways to make my immune system top teir and indestructable?
