Implant Infections

I've been looking for implants for months but couldn't find stories about late infections. All i got having infections in 3 months after post op.
Some people here deadly afraid of implants because of late infections.
Is it even a thing ?

if you go to a good implant surgeon it is better. Dont be so high inhib. Also isnt jaw surgery better and cheaper
