i guess they'd bring out the object they use to scan every part of your body and then it woud get to your face and it would start beeping. Imagine it happens with your family? Its over for travelcells

This will never happen.
The implants themselves are made of silicone.
The hardware that attaches the implants to bone would be made of titanium.

So it's pretty much impossible for security screening alarms to set off.
