My goal was to avoid implants cause they are unpredictable how they'll look on your face and will be a pain in the ass long term they'll probably need substitution every x years bone resorption etc... osteotomy often produce better and natural results and is permanent but if i still need infras for mid face i might aswell go for jaw implants genio another option is to cope without infras and be happy with just trimax rhino
maybe lf2 w @RealSurgerymax and fat grafting for eye area? you would avoid jaw angle implants as well. Giant has some techniques to pop gonions outwards during bsso, if i'm not mistaken.
