Implants vs high cut lf 1 for recessed midface

What would you get and why? Even if i get the best results possible from lf1 will i still need infras for poor undereye support anyway to cover my orbitals?

My goal was to avoid implants cause they are unpredictable how they'll look on your face and will be a pain in the ass long term they'll probably need substitution every x years bone resorption etc... osteotomy often produce better and natural results and is permanent but if i still need infras for mid face i might aswell go for jaw implants genio another option is to cope without infras and be happy with just trimax rhino
