Are implants bad? If not sims the easiest thing to ascend would just be to get jaw chin and zygo implants

Well it also depends on your bf level, bone structure, and skin tightness/thickness.

If you have a skin that is too thich, it might be a failure , I personally been stalking followers of Eppley in Instagram and I saw bunch of guys with jaw implant, and their jaws were looking big, but bloated rather than angular shape it supposed to gave .

So, it depends, you might be the new @Saiyan , or just another victim of Botched implants.

Implants can do things osteotomies cannot do

osteotomies can do things implants cannot do

What's the best thing to get to widen mandible and lengthen ramus? My chin is fine and not recessed. Seems like everyone says not to get implants but what if you just need width/definition?
