One of the reasons why some asians and other ethnics/blacks look so soft is bc they lack nasal definition

Your nose is bulbous and lacks definition, you could benefit from one but tbh its mainly bc your skin is thick (I think)
Thick skins is hard to fix probably impossible to fully sharpen.

legit but I wouldn't mess with the nose to create a halo.

i think it s called cortisone. i tthink my problem is a bulbous nose rather than thick skin. im just fat so it looks like i have thick skin

A few surgeons specialize in thick skin/ ethnic rhinoplastys. Dr Yoo in the US for example.

How can you tell if a bulbous nose is from skin thickness or something else

and they look good in both pictures, better in the ones i posted. So like i said it likely has no effect
the guys in my post look better with a more defined nose. So it has an effect clearly
The models you posted just have every good feature possible so ofc even if they had 1 small failo it wouldnt affect them

i find no aesthetic difference in the morphs tbh

Know of any others?

Dr Yoo has a view uncanny results and specializes mostly in ethnic females giving them projecting angel noses

Also some of them dont look that good from frontal profile

This does not help him out much.
This brings even more attention to the width of his nose all the way from the apex to the glabella.
A wide more defined nasal ridge connected to his already wide and bulbous apex is the exact opposite of what you want with noses seen in Asians, Indigenous/latinos, islanders, and blacks.

These groups more often than not should want a flat undefined nasal ridge with a defined (and thinner) apex/tip. Will do a set of morphs and come back with the results.

Alar base reduction will help in the aquiline look. But aquiline noses themselves aren't perfect and come with shape issues.

tl;dr: The apex/tip of the nose is the primary problem with these groups the nose ridge is of secondary importance.

Is this what this is called?

I thought surgeons had blamed bulbousness of nose on the underlying greater alar cartilage, not the skin!:
