I tend to follow a 'healthier' diet, with a good electrolyte balance and minimal processed sugars. Recently, I haven't been following it properly, and Ive been consuming what some people consider of the worst foods possible. High sodium fast food, multiple fried foods, overconsumption of processed sugars, and anything that I feel like I am craving. I am currently questioning how notably diet really improves the face? I want to tell myself it does, significantly, but I also feel that I look nearly the same, no matter how long/strictly I eat healthy.

You think chad eats whole foods? Jfl

dont listen to these guys. Diet is like 1st or 2nd most important thing. Diet will improve your whole body, inside and out
so eating healthy is the greatest way to looking good without effort.
