1. Ideal zygomatic width (es ratio)
2. Ideal midface ( midface ratio)
3. Ideal nose, philtrum and chin size ( nose to philtrum ratio , chin to philtrum ratio)
4. Ideal nose and lip width( using lines from medial canthus and start of iris)
5. Ideal forehead size ( facial thirds)
