Get a hand gripper,i don't have before pics but i definitely grew my wrist by about 1 cm in diameter and i don't even do it regularly. Maybe once in 3 days for 5 mins. Btw how tall are you? I don't think wrists have much to do with height. My 6'2 friend has wrists my size. I'm 5'9-5'10.
