I always say, that if you're broke it's best to be single instead of adding another mouth to feed, because at least you have to worry about only yourself or if you already have family that depend on you (younger siblings or parents if they are unable to work) it's best not to burden yourself even more.
Because if you're still a wageslave and end up getting some girl pregnant and she decides not to abort, then now you have to bust your ass even more having to support that child, or having most of your pay taken away by child support that you will have to pay for the next 18 to 21 years (and even more if you can't control your dick) and leaving little left to save or invest.
If you have a girlfriend and have pre-marital sex and you are unable to financially support a child in the meantime, wear a condom unless you know that she is on birth control. If she doesn't want to be on any type of hormonal birth control but you know her cycle and can trust her enough, you could use the rhythm method or the calendar method and go raw on the days she's not fertile.
If you are single and childless, and you're a wageslave, you're still in a good position that you can put some of your money aside and save up. You can invest some of that money and do trading, but of course don't put your entire savings into it and be very careful and vigilant about scams.
You might also have to live very frugally and not spend your money on copes (including booze, video games, drugs, escorts, Netflix, etc.) If you have to rent an apartment in a shitty neighborhood or in the projects and survive on ramen noodles, then do it.
Once you saved enough, buy some land in the country (do your thorough research on what to look out for when buying land and make sure that the seller actually owns the property that you are gonna buy and that he still has title to it before he sells it to you). You want to have enough money that you can buy the land without having to borrow or take out a mortgage, or if you have to borrow, borrow when the interest rate is low. Ideally, you want bare land without any structures and if you have construction experience or trade skills and are willing to do the work, you can build a house yourself to your own specifications and make your own repairs.
Also make sure that if you want to grow your own food, that the land is fertile enough and your land has enough water. If you want to be completely off-grid and not be beholden to utilities, make sure that your land has groundwater and dig a well, install a solar electrical system, get a wood stove and cook and heat your house with wood. If it rains a lot, you can install a rainwater collection system on your home and collect the rainwater in cisterns.
You should also look up FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) and make sure that you have enough savings and retire early so you don't have to work as much.
If you want a family, do all of that before having kids so you won't have to bust your ass having to support them all the while paying mortgage and bills.
If you're NEET and live with your parents or extended family, and they don't make you pay rent or bills, you are in an even better position. Even if you take on an entry-level job if you live in the first world, you can use that money to pay for community college (avoid liberal arts or social studies and other bullshit degrees, go for STEM or engineering) or trade school (or your parents can finance that for you), or you can work in the meantime while you apply for apprenticeship programs for trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrician, carpentry, etc.) Just try to get over your social anxiety for a moment or get it worked out.
Honestly, you are wasting your time if you aren't moneymaxxing and just play video games all day, because if your parents can't no longer afford to support you, or they die, or they decide to kick you out, and you have absolutely no skills or credentials, you will have a very hard life of being stuck in dead-end minimum wage jobs that you refused to take while you were NEET all the while having to spend everything you've earned in rent and bills or you become homeless and unable to get out of that since the hole you've dug yourself in has been dug so deep with the ladder of opportunity thrown out.
