*IMPORTANT INFO FOR EYECELS* Lower lid retraction and upper peri-orbital fat grafting surgeons?

I'm looking for recommendations on surgeons who can provide lower lid retraction at the same time as upper peri-orbital fat grafting.

My first choice was Bernardini, but he charges 12000 EUR (13600 USD) for both procedures. Most of the price comes from the LLR.

I don't think these procedures should be charged so highly? Anyone got any recommendations? (Not Taban or some equally expensive US based surgeon)

Vrcek is on par with Bernardini for lid work, I'm not sure of his prices but travel to the states would end up being more expensive anyway I think.

He charges 9k for lower lid retraction including anestesia and everything but I dont know if I want to do this procedure im afraid to have that plastic look.

I had a consult with a turkish oculoplastic, supposed to be one of the best, his results on ig are good but then I read his realself reviews and he has hella botched cases, so idk.
