Impossible to fall asleep fast without fapping. How do you do it?

When I fap I usually fall asleep within 10-20 minutes. When I dont fap it takes me 3-4 hours to sleep. One of the main benefits of nofap is supposed to be increased energy but I feel even more tired becaused im getting 3 hours of sleep less. I cant fap right now since im retaining for a potential date in a few days.

How do you fall asleep fast without taking drugs or fapping? Counting sheep and the Hamza method dont work.
