how do i stop this boyish silhouette

it looks very round with low angualrity, im looking at malar implants and a chin implant, will this give much improvement to my harmony, angularity and dimorphism?

chew a lot and hard, neckmax, thumbpull, try to reduce calories
Chewing is gigacope for bonemass .

It will only give you bonemass if you are under 18 and you overdose a lot of vitamin k mk4 along hard chewing .
 
I'm gonna be brutally honest with you ,
You don't have bones in your jaw to give you this angular and visible look .

Best you could do is debloat , get lean and see if your jaw visibility changes

Dose vitamin k2 mk4 + vitamin D3 daily ,
Along with that chew for 3 hours daily .
Make sure your hgh levels are correct for proper growth of facial bones .

And btw I'm 17 too.

Make sure to dose good amount of vitamin k2 mk4 , D3 and magnesium along with hard chewing to give you results in bonemass.

If you only hard chew without taking any supplements then only your jaw muscles will increase which is useless as it's temporary and gonna make you look bloated .

Bonemass in jaw is what really matters .
