I Need improvement Tips im 16 183cm 75 kg i know my lower third is cooked but i dont know How to fix that pls help with everything

My god. How someone walks around with a literal rat on their upper lip I have no idea. Please shave.

Ok i didnt think it was so bad I just didnt want to have a baby face because i have been told that I have one

Baby face is a result of being boneless. Peach fuzz does not fix boneless faces unfortunately.
