i need tips on improving my eye area, is there any way to improve my eyelids so that it has a more hooded look ( my eye area isnt the best as i usually dont get enough sleep but i plan on fixing that. )

i should probably start on my brows first using minoxidill to thicken them and i should also straighthen them

John here, lock your sleep now, so sleep 8-9 hours every night on a fixed schedule, then start 5% topical minoxidil (Rogaine/liquid or foam) on brows twice daily (morning + night, apply with a Q-tip or small brush, let it dry for 4+ hours. *you can see results in 1-3 months for noticeable thickening/darker hairs, and 3-6 months for full density.*

2. Keep your tongue flat on your palate 24/7 and apply hard pressure constantly with keeping an amazing posture, it will reduce forward head and subtly lift your brow/hood area over months. Now, I would do resistance if I was in your position, what I mean by this is I would raise my eyebrows high, place fingers under the brow bone, try to close eyes against resistance (hold for 10 seconds, 10 times). This strengthens levator muscles for a natural lift/hood! The other two items that i would do consist of quick blinks + eye rolls and brow raises, first, lets start with the quick blinks and eye rolls, do 50 fast blinks, then full circles. This objectively tones obicularis and reduces the droop. Now, witht he bbrow raises: hold brows up wit fingers, close eye's slowly, what this will do is build control.

3. Lets talk about what you should do about your messy eyes right now. Cold compress/tea bags/cucumber slices for around 10-15 minutes daily (which will reduce puffiness, and tighten skin for a sharper hood). oh and please, dont rub your eyes, stay hydrated, and CUT SALT.

Now, if you want instantaneous results right now just illusion fraud. Grab a dark brown pencil, smudge it under your lower lash line for depth, or you can also use light concealer in the inner corner to brighten, however you must make sure to grind natural first!

thanks for this ill try to do this daily from now on, and yeah i think it has something to do with my lack of sleep ive been sleeping for 5 hours or less daily for the past few years and my eyelids usually switch from multiple to double back and forth and sometimes itll even be asymmetrical, as for brows do u recommend any vids on how to maintain them?

Realistically, you will need surgery like me, but in the meantime soft max-wise I am using topical minox with a derma stamp for the brows to improve thickness and an eyelash serum ( the ordinary serum is the best budget one imo ingredients wise ) .

After like another 2 months of maximising thickness and length ( because ofc there is a limit ) I'm going to get them shaped and then dyed. ( notice how his brows are perfectly shaped with no space in between? )This is more than 90% people here actually end up doing.

Finaly touch to end up like that guy before softmaxing is basically makeup tbh, he looks like he's using some on his eyebrows and eyelashes looks like eyeliner ( I am not familiar with makeup so hard to guess what exactly he used ) . Also keep in mind his picture is blurry on purpose and he has perfect skin as a result of a filter or if he is using makeup on brows it's probably on his skin as well .

Also his hairstyle covers the ends, enhancing the percieved length and thickness of the ends of the brows. Asians tend to have similar hair so you can probbaly get middle mart curtains as well like him for same effect.

what surgery did you get and did you manage to achieve the look you wanted? i also have a feeling my eyelids are like this because of my lack of sleep, ive been sleeping for 5 hours or less daily for the past few years so it switches from multiple to double eyelids ( which is supposed to be the norm ) and sometimes asymmetrical, and yeah i noted that his hair is also near his eyelids and i could probably do the same thing he did and just add some concealer above my eyes to make it look better, his tiktok account is @changdnr if you want to check him out

Amazing question, for brows maintenance while the minoxidil kicks in you'll need to brush them up with a spoolie, tweeze the strays with a tweezer, and after the minox dries, brush them horizontally/straight with gel or soap to set the direction *extremely important*

Do those things every 2-3 days or as much as you want, doesn't matter, takes 2-5 minutes!

I would have to recommend you some videos here, Look at "How to Trim Men's Eyebrows" by Sam Villa Hair Tutorials!

If you have ANY more questions ill be around here.

I meant we both need surgery, sadly, I haven't got it yet or my eye area wouldn't look this chopped. but these are what I'm considering. The sleep is obviously a big thing yet also a small one but even with sleep you would still look unhealthy. definitely use the minox and lash serum, concealer for under eyes is chill.

Haha same, the money as well is an issue, I also need rhino due to having a concave nose :feelsuhh: I think I'll get rhino first then the eye surgery tbh just because there's a lot more you can do to fraud eyes than nose

yup id love to hear how it went for you whenever youve gotten it done as ive never done any cosmetic surgeries either, i personally have a button nose and it messes up my side profile too so, i think for now ill still stick to using hydrocortisone to make the front of my nose smaller for now
