I’m slightly taller and my neck looks way thicker. Also makes you look less wimp in motion. Such an easy and underrated looksmax that everyone should be doing.

But I mean, your spine is still the same right? So If you have a forward head posture, you need ortho or something like that.

Bc Ive been doing neck exercises, face pulls, etc, my muscles got bigger but my skeleton is still the same

If so, look into MSE. This will expand your airway and fix forward head posture

The only way to "heightmaxx" as an adult is to have perfect posture which means fixing APT (anterior pelvic tilt), nerd neck and quad/hamstring imbalance. Take 1500mg of glucosamine sulfate and maybe 300-500mg of chondroitin sulfate every day. Drink at least 2 liters of water every day.

Almost no one has perfect posture and muscle balance which means almost everyone can gain some height. If you're a hardcore gymcel or athlete, you probably have perfect posture, though.

If you sit 10 hours a day or more and you don't do proper stretches, core/glute exercises, strength work etc., you almost certainly have some APT or nerd neck. Even slight APT and nerd neck can make you lose up to 1 cm of height.

I have slight APT and nerd neck which I started working on three weeks ago with a lot of stretching and core/glute exercises. I've already gained 1cm of height and my lower back no longer hurts after an hour of walking/standing.

I started taking gluco a few years ago and it resulted in 1cm of evening height gain and on top of the 0.5cm I've recently gained that's a total of 0.6 inches. Today I ordered chondroitin sulfate to test if it results in any height gain. It's much more expensive than gluco, though.

I'm 24. Two-three years ago I was 182.2cm right out of bed and as low as 179.2cm in the evening after classes. I also had lower back pain/fatigue.

Now I'm 183.5cm out of bed and my lowest evening height is 181.5cm. I've "grown" around 1.5 cm (gained 2cm+ of evening/low height) and I can attribute at least 1cm of that growth to gluco and posture, but some of it is probably natural growth (maybe 0.5cm.)

tl;dr:
I grew 1.5 - 2cm by taking glucosaming sulfate and fixing my slight APT and nerd neck.
I went from 182.2 cm morning height and 179.2cm evening height to 183.5cm morning height and 181.5cm evening/low height. I went from 5'11" to just under 6'0" basically.

I went from 5'8 to 5'9 with correcting core and posture.

Probably not even fully corrected now

Now I only feel marginally disappointed about my height, as opposed to it eating me alive before.

5'8-5'9 is the biggest jump in height one can make
Then it's 5'11-6'0

Absolutely, posturemaxxing is very important. Not only does a bad posture make your maxilla slowly develop downard over the years but it also makes you look like a low T wimp. There are several studies that observed a clear correlation between life satisfaction and posture.

I did every single exercise from these two videos about APT:

nerd neck fix (I didn't really have a nerd neck, minimal at best):

Tbh I only did the chin tucks against the wall.

I did all of these every day for 20-30 minutes. Now that I think about it, I started in mid March, not 3 weeks ago.

I also started hanging from a pull up bar for 5-10 minutes every day (5 in the morning, 5 in the evening.) I do a few sets of hanging completely relaxed (relaxing my pelvis and lower back as much as possible, feeling the "decompression") and a few sets of stretching as much as possible activating my glutes, abs, legs and basically every muscle in my body until failure.

I feel like the most effective exercises are the deep/low squat with rounded back and the chair exercises with your torso relaxed and arms dangling. At first it felt amazing and it still feels great at the end of the day before bed. I felt it in the lower back a lot, this means I had some APT and lower back muscle imbalance. Training the core is also very important. It makes sense because I sit for 10-12+ hours a day. I do calisthenics every other day, but it's just not enough.

My APT wasn't severe at all, but it was bad enough that if I relaxed while standing I'd see it in the mirror and my stomach bulged out a little, but it wasn't visible with clothes on because I've been sucking my stomach in for years. I also had lower back pain/fatigue after only 30-60 minutes of walking.

Bad posture = full-blown kyphosis later in life. A man should be as straight as an arrow.
This. People, don't listen to those bluepilled "scientists" claiming slight APT is fine. It's not. Even a small APT can take away 0.5cm of height which isn't a lot, but it's not necessary and it can be "fixed" easily and you get a free 0.25" of height.

You have to be as straight as possible to posturemax. It's legit. Not only will you probably gain a bit of height, you'll also walk around looking taller than your height.

I turned 24 in January. I haven't grown at all between 17-22, but at 22 or 23 I think I did grow maybe half a cm. I'm 100% positive this new growth is from my hardcore posturemaxxing and gluco sulfate that I've been doing for the past 2 months. I've been taking glucosamine since 2018 and a month later I noticed a 0.5 - 1cm evening height increase, but no morning height increase at all. This new growth is almost certainly because of posturemaxxing.

Tbh, I know this post is disappointing to many because even if you start taking gluco sulphate (and maybe chondroitin sulfate, haven't tested it) and you did hardcore posture exercises, you're still not going to grow an inch unless your posture is visibly bad. Mine was "normal" or maybe slightly worse than average, but not as straight as an arrow which is what you want. If you start taking 1500mg of glucosamine sulfate (it has to sulfate) and doing everything to make your body 100% straight (nerd neck, APT, rounded shoulders, leg imbalances) you should gain about 1 cm of height and probably closer to 2cm if your posture isn't that great. If your posture is very bad, you can expect over an inch if not two inches of height.

You also have to keep in mind I used to lose 3cm of height during the day which is well above average. Gluco fixed this. If you only lose 1.5cm of height, gluco might not even do anything for you.
Just make sure to measure your height straight out of bed and again after doing physical exercise, walking or standing on your feet all day to find out the amount of height you lose due to compression. It should be around 1.5 - 2cm. If it's more, you have to start taking glucosamine sulfate.

If your body isn't straight like this, you're not even trying and you need to fix that shit. This dude is 100% posturemaxed:

Sadfsdfsdfd

Posturemaxxing gave me 0.5 - 1 cm of height so far and gluco gave me 1cm and I'm telling you, my posture wasn't visibly bad, it's just that my body wasn't 100% straight like an arrow and it still isn't so maybe I'll gain some more height this year. I doubt most people here have impeccable posture, so this is indeed a legit way to heightmaxx.

This plus glucosamine sulfate (maybe chondroitin sulfate too) is the only way to heightmaxx in adulthood. Everything else is 100% bullshit. Forget about bullshit expensive stacks (might work if you're a kid), LSJL and other insane methods if your plates are fused, it's all cope.

You probably won't get more than a cm or two, but it's better than nothing.
I'm excited to try chondroitin sulfate. I'll take 750mg every day along with 1500mg of gluco. I only hear about glucosamine sulfate on the internet, but chondroitin sulfate sounds like it would help too, there just hasn't been any research on it. MSM is 100% useless, don't even bother.

"Chondroitin sulfate is an important structural component of cartilage and provides much of its resistance to compression.[1] Along with glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate has become a widely used dietary supplement for treatment of osteoarthritis."

I don't know why I've only been taking glucosamine sulfate all this time. For me, gluco made a significant difference for my evening height. Chondroitin sounds legit too. We'll see. Maybe it will further reduce my spinal compression during the day making me a legit 6'0".
I've also made sure to get 90% bioavailable/active chondroitin (marine chondroitin sulfate 90%), not that cheap 20% shit that's in most gluco + chondroitin + msm supplements. It costs almost 50 euros for 180 750mg capsules. I guess that's why I've been avoiding it for so long.

you should gain more height cause 0.5-1cm gain for someone with apt is very little, but you're not really supposed to have a 100% straight back either

try doing this test

Lmao. I'll never take any advice from females, but yeah I can fit almost my whole hand, but I can also "force" no APT so that I can barely fit my hand, but I can't really walk around like that, it's hard. My body still isn't 100% straight and it's clear that I still have muscle imbalances that I need to work on.

I've only been doing proper stretches and exercises for like a month and my body is still not completely straight. I think by the end of the year I'll "grow" another half cm. I still feel like I have a bit of a nerd neck and my glutes/core is still weak.

I don't give a fuck about what kike "scientists" claim. You should have absolutely no APT at all if you're a man and that's my goal. Arrow straight body or gtfo. I'll take gluco and chondroitin and do these exercises for the rest of my life in order to not lost a significant amount of height when I'm 50+.

so you're eating pills daily to get 1cm of height ? if it doesn't have any side effects it'd be worth it I guess

Glucosamine sulfate is a sugar suspended in salt. It's proven to be 100% safe in normal doses. I've had 0 side effects.
Of course it's worth it. Glucosamine sulfate is like 10-20 euros for a year supply. That's nothing.

Chondroitin sulfate is a lot more expensive, but I haven't been taking it. I'll try it to see if it does anything.

This. I'll do anything in my power to get to around 182cm night height so I can comfortably claim 6'0" without feeling like I'm frauding. Right now I'm at 183.5cm morning and 181.5cm night height and this is if I breath in really deep and stand rigid/tensed. I'm not quite there yet, but I can still claim 6'0" since I'm around 182 - 182.5cm for most of the day.
Every fucking mm counts.
>b-but a small amount of APT is normal
Lmao. APT is a height goblin even if it's tiny, not to mention nerd neck, rounded shoulders and so on. My body will be arrow straight by the end of the year. I have to work on my core and glutes a lot.

I'm already a legit 6'0" in public because I wear small 0.5" lifts. I want to get rid of them, though so I can be 100% unfrauded.
