I ain’t telling my age here, but I am older the 16 and my growth plates are still working. I’m 5’8 and 72 kg, with a pretty lean physique and also an Roy wide clavicle. I’d like to get atleast to 6 ft and win muscle easily (also sry for the bad english, it ain’t my mother language)
