bone smash fucking bogs you, i did this humiliation ritual years ago and all it did was make me look like i had golf balls in my face and make me hate my appearance for years. the meme keeps getting pushed with pitiful souls coming up with every theory known to man to justify its use case. we even have grifts making guides trying to sell you a course and claim they bone smashed to look as good as they do when we all know what they actually did.
in every successful claim of bonesmash is someone hiding behind delusion that they avoid even to themselves they will edit their faces to make the results look a bit better or find the most ideal lighting possible to make it look less botched or angle fraud out of the botch. but anyone whos done this and has actual experience can see right through them. when your young your soft tissue can help mask the true sinster damage it cause your buffered by youth but long term will show its ugly head when your soft tissue fades and your left with damage smas tissue and collegan maxtrix being degraded due to your dumb ass mental illness method,

temporary swelling with slight inflammation that in some cases takes years to go away making you THINK you grew bone but you did not.
take a rf wand and some ultrasonic wand on those little swelling sacks and watch all your "bone" go away. your doing long term damage to your skin and you will have to face that bridge when you get there like i did. thank god i was not a iqlit and had mitigation strats to reverse all the swelling. every single time i see a bonemash guide i cringe. idc if i made it a thing when it was forgotten years ago. its humiliation ritual.

IM FUCKING 30 and i still look 21! why? i DIDNT RUSH MY YOUTH at 17! i only glowed up past 23 and even then i still focused on maxxing my youth. stop rushing a natural process of aging. stop letting social media fuck up and steal your golden years with this FOMO. there is no FOMO. you will look OLD and masc eventually and the more you look older younger the OLDER you will look when you reach the right milestone to look your age. im seeing so many "teens" who already look 25 and im very sadden to see it. you dont just get younger every year......imagine how these people will look at 30? 40?
