PL 6396/2025 (Erika Hilton - PSOL/SP): Focuses on prohibiting the monetization and advertising of content with misogynistic content or that promotes male supremacy ("redpill"), amending the Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights. The proposal aims to dismantle the "digital misogyny industry" that profits from hate speech, establishing joint liability for platforms. PL 6419/2025 (Reimont - Human Rights Committee): Presented to confront misogynistic ideologies and hate speech that encourage violence against women, especially after the increase in femicide cases in 2025.
PL 6075/2025 (Talíria Petrone - PSOL/RJ): Proposes the immediate connection of complaints from digital platforms directly to police stations, using APIs so that reports of murder or violence plans are not held up by companies.
