In my better pics I only look decent because I manage to fraud my lips

If I take a frontal pic my lips are disguisting and legit failos me, they are assymetrical and narrow which is the worst type of lips you could get.
What can I do? Any method to fix this shit? I can’t cope with frauding pics.
