Primarily since you’re working with silicone
If you need enough movement to warrant a bimax
You shouldn’t go conservative on implant size
Especially when it comes to the midface
Any type of midface implant should be done in excess as it’s really impossible to overdue those when compared to how easily it is to overdo a jaw implant (like many guys on here have done JFl)
Imagine copying the whole entire script I did to get my work done..then STILL looking like an uncanny mf…that’s what happens when you’re too shy to ask questions…but just wanna pry all the way into my shit thinking they know shit..
Facial harmony and ratios is what gives certain looks that look “lower third dominant” or “aesthetic” while still being considered handsome and not uncanny ..and more midface movement opposed to lower third movement (mimicked by implants) can create the type of harmony you seek in many cases..
Opposed to what you originally think in your head (I need to really catch up to X,Y,Z’s lower third) cuz if u ask for a big implant without planning..they’ll obviously do it for you..
If you say you want to look like “X” but you didn’t pay for anything other than what is gonna make you uncanny..they’ll STILL say they can make you look like that.. and there’s nothing u can do afterward
You need to do your research and plan accordingly and compare…because also something to consider is that your silicone implants are gonna shrink from year 1 to year 2… with the areas of your face you move the most especially .. so a lot of your selfies in year 1 are gonna look like you had more work done than you really did, due to residual swelling/full silicone implant opposed to the version that gets some absorption the year after and onward..
Think harmony when you develop implants
If your midface is caved in and you don’t add enough volume..
How you ever gonna look good with a middle part, no matter how “big” or “sharp” your jaw is??
