In what surgical cases is bimax actually needed?

The more I look at bimax results and talk with people about the topic, the more I think this procedure should only be done for severely recessed people or for ones with breathing issues and health problems.

To be honest, it really seems that genioplasty + implants could be the best thing most people can get, and that is considering it's limitations.

Jaw surgery can't do magic for you and turn a normie into chad - the closest shot for most people normal looking people to actually improve their looks is through implants, genio, possibly fillers although I'm not a fan of them.

It looks like my paranasal region is sunken in from the side profile. I think I do have breathing issues (personal experience) because of my narrow airway so bimax would be great for me. Normal dude w/ avg forward growth doesnt need it and is way better off spending that money on other procedures.

If bimax is needed then one should never avoid it by going with genio or implants
And yes I agree for the avg guy rhino,implants,genio,fillers are the surgery that ascend them and not bimax

Tbh yours is similar to my case. I know that I would benefit from bimax as I too have some breathing issues cuz of fucked narrow airway. But the aesthetic benefit of bimax after morphing myself with different procedures countless times doesn't seem to be worth all the effort, pain, money spent and riks. At least for my case.
