The Jewish Bible was the first to forbid. inbreeding. All ethnicities and to a further but equal extent humans exist because of inbreeding. Europe stopped inbreeding when the Jews told them to not inbreed. Inbreeding causes bad recessive genes to appear which leads to inbreeding-related illnesses. If inbreeders have good enough genes, they wouldn't have the recessive genes appear.
