I used to do similar things but in the inverse. I would constantly be late to school, like 20-45 minutes. One time I got in, quietly sat down, then the teacher went "What's this [VHD]? Go back outside and reenter the classroom, but this time you'll act proper and apologize and explain why you are late!" and then I just went "Why?" and he again told me to do it and I said "No. I came in quiet because I didn't want to interrupt the class". And he just shut up and I got away with it.
