Like those who eat 500 mg of sodium and immediately start complaining about bloating without realizing that they are literally boneless with a short ramus and no hollow cheeks, or those who try to cope by blaming carbs (which are actually useful for increasing IGF-1 and testosterone) and start being delusional about jewish conspiracies by eating raw meat in nature, muh it's seed oils fault if my skin sucks, have you ever considered you retard that maybe you were simply born with shitty collagen?

no for sure collagen is pretty genetic. Nose, ears, eyes , lips. But if u have a shit maxilla , jaw , chin etc, yeah u can cry about diet for that is my take.
