Usually incels are born to 30-something women who settled for betabuxx with bad genes with the purpose of spreading her genes and not dying childless. Then the poor woman gets all happy and excited that her subhuman autistic child was born! And then, 18 years pass. And the utter subhuman grows up into what he was destined to be - that is an utter subhuman. And the poor woman realizes the tragedy of the situation she is in. Because of patriarchy and enforced monogamy she had to settle for utter subhuman's sperm and wasted her entire life just to create a biological dead end - a useless clump of cells. That's when she starts to detest her betabuxx husband, falls depressed.
