Not to say neurotypical people are any better, but it seems as though too many users care too much about being accepted by high-status groups. It's not wrong pragmatically to want to increase your social value, given that it increases the chances of you getting girls. However, too many users put too much weight on appeasing Chads and Stacys. At the end of the day, who cares? Sure, don't hangout with low-status males, but that doesn't mean that you have to try so hard to become Chad's friend.
It's so cringe when I see TikToks about the Chad football player in high school, that slayed all the girls at homecoming. Yeah, the acceptance by your peers in your formative years matters for healthy development, but people act like you can't have a happy life living as a non-jock or non-Chad. Your social status is not your end all be all. Stay true to yourself to some extent. Things shouldn't be all about appeasing those higher on the "social hierarchy."
