Seeing mixed opinions,should I should I not?

Our face develops based on natural forces and natural habits. Incisors are not made for chewing, molars are made for that, hence why they are shorter and wider. Incisors are supposed to be used as a way to cut through the food in order to chew it with molars afterwards.
That being said, this applies for natural foods like (raw) vegetables, meat, fruits, or nuts. The problem is, that nowadays everything we eat is soft as hell, either from being made from soft ingredients (sandwiches, soups or mashed potatos for example), or from being cooked (99% of the vegetables we eat are cooked, the meat we eat is cooked...Btw don't eat raw meat, eat rare meat at best), or from being proccessed and artificial foods and sweets (candies and so on.)
So, if anything you should be doing your natural habits.

Basically, grab healthy stuff, eat it like you should. Take the meat with your hands and pull if as you eat (this is not a joke), as that is one of the forward forces that are (naturally) applied to our maxillar in order to develop it.
I can't grant an ascension but for your health (and looks, potentially), you just need to do a few things. Stop listening to the thousand of tiktok methods with random names ("PDFL BALLSACKPULLING PROTOCOL" type of shit) and simply get enough sun exposure, eat healthy, optimise your hormones,go to sleep at a reasonable hour and sleep well, have a regular sleep schedule and meal schedule, chew everything 25+ times on each side (don't train your masseters outside of eating well, overused masseters will apply more downward force than neccesary and that will mess up your face, giving you downward growth and assymetry), swallow using your tongue, not facial muscles, get a healthy amount of testosterone, workout, forget stressful thoughts (we are only supposed to be stressed in very specific situations, not all the time), be at a healthy bodyfat percentage, debloat, sleep on your back and that's really it.
Will you be Sean O'pry after this? No (probably), but it's healthy either way.
