Denosumab (Prolia)

• How It Works: Denosumab is a type of medication known as a monoclonal antibody (cells made to attack something specefik). It works by targeting and binding to a protein called RANKL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa-B Ligand), which is essential for the activation and function of osteoclasts. By blocking RANKL, denosumab prevents osteoclasts from breaking down bone tissue, thereby promoting bone density.
  
  
• Side Effects: Common side effects may include infections, skin reactions at the injection site, and low levels of calcium in the blood. Additionally, denosumab has been associated with an increased risk of ONJ, similar to bisphosphonates.

Strontium Ranelate

• How It Works: Strontium ranelate is a compound containing the element strontium. It works by simultaneously reducing bone resorption (the breakdown of old bone) and stimulating bone formation. The exact mechanism of action is not fully understood, but strontium ranelate has been shown to promote the differentiation of osteoblasts (bone-forming cells) and inhibit osteoclast activity.

Parathyroid Hormone Analogues (T3, T4)

• How They Work: Parathyroid hormone analogues mimic the action of parathyroid hormone (PTH), which is a natural hormone involved in calcium regulation and bone metabolism. these analogues stimulate osteoblast activity, leading to increased bone density.
  
  
• Side Effects: Potential side effects may include hypercalcemia (high calcium levels in the blood), leg cramps, dizziness, and, rarely, osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer).

Steroids ( most effective)

• Human Growth Hormone (HGH), least sides, most effective for bonemass.​

  • Mechanism: Increases IGF-1 production, stimulating bone growth and density.
  • Dose: 3iu+ per day
  • Side Effects:
    • Joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome.
    • Water retention, increased blood sugar levels.
    • Rarely, growth of unwanted tissues (ogremaxxing).

• Testosterone (Test), worse than hgh for bonemass, you wont ogremaxx too much tho, still very good for bonemass​

  • Mechanism: Promotes bone density by stimulating osteoblasts and increasing calcium absorption.
  • Dose: 200 mg+ per week.
  • Side Effects:
    • Acne, oily skin, Hair loss( if you dont use dutasteride)
    • gynecomastia (countered by ai, do bloodwork, or you will become retarded since the brain needs estrogen).
    • Suppressed natural testosterone production. (you will be dependant on it, for the rest of your life, if you do it long enough without pct)
    • infertility, your balls stop working (can be countered with clomid)

• Trenbolone (Tren), not worth it IMO, start with the other things, this should be a last resort. ​

  • Mechanism: Increases IGF-1 and enhances nitrogen retention, indirectly supporting bone health.
  • Dose: 100 mg+ per week
  • Side Effects:
    • Severe testosterone suppression.
    • Anxiety, insomnia, aggression.
    • Cardiovascular strain (worsened cholesterol profile).
    • Liver and kidney stress.
    • every testosterone side effect but worse

start with hgh, if that isn't enough then test, if that isn't enough maybe tren, but give it atleast 3 months before you switch from each hormone because of "bad results". hgh is typically enough
