yes oral works but i would just use 5%. The side effects are mild

Hair growth is from person to person very different because of genes bhai .

There are many tiny factors that can help u with hair growth if u dont wanr to take minox

1. Be more often outside = Vitamin D is good for ur hair follicles

2. Micronutrieints = only helpful if u truly have some deficiency

3. Head massages = blood flow helps u promote faster growth ( do it 1-2 times a day )

4. A good shampoo with caffeine or rosmary oil

5. Oil serums like rosmary oil helps hair growth

6. Avoid stress

7. Less alcohol and smoking

All these are just minor factos , in the end oral or topical minox mogs but i would be happy to get my first solution tho
