Increase overall skull size?

I don't want a larger chin, and don't want larger cheekbones either, but my skull is just small and short overall.
Wouldn't GH increase these?

I'm young so, maybe it has a bit more growing left but, hasn't changed in years.

Rope seems like the only option.
