Participants were exposed to sexually explicit material featuring male actors. Salivary testosterone levels were measured at three intervals: baseline (pre-exposure), immediately post-exposure, and post-masturbation. The experimental sessions were conducted in a controlled environment to minimize external influences on hormonal levels.

Results: The preliminary data indicate a notable increase in testosterone levels immediately following exposure to male-oriented sexual stimuli. A further significant rise in testosterone was observed post-masturbation. Statistical analysis revealed that the increase in testosterone levels from baseline to post-masturbation was both significant (p < 0.05) and substantial, suggesting a strong hormonal response to sexual arousal and activity.Conclusion: The findings suggest that sexual arousal and masturbation to male stimuli can lead to a significant increase in testosterone levels in men. This hormonal response may play a crucial role in understanding sexual behavior and physiological reactions to different types of sexual stimuli. Further research is warranted to explore the long-term implications of these findings and their potential applications in sexual health and endocrinology.
