TBH I don’t know. This is all just theory at this point. There’s no like peer-reviewed study proving that increasing hypertrophy of the mentalis muscle significantly alters your facial structure or if it even increases at all from possible exercises (if you found any pls lmk id be willing to read).
Now in theory a larger and more "strong" mentalis could theoretically
with all that out the way, over the next 3–4 months im gonna figure out the most effective way to train the mentalis, and document any actual visual changes.

- Slightly project the chin forward
- Push the lower lip up, improving the chin-to-philtrum ratio
- Tighten the soft tissue over the chin, reducing any sag
