Increasing height at 15

I just turned 15, I haven't grown in a year I'm currently 177cm/5'10 pretty sure my growth plates couldn't have closed yet, I've been trying to eat more raw food/whole milk ( can't really get raw milk in my city) my wingspan is about 6-8 cm longer than my height,

I think my growth spurt will happen this summer, would really like some advice how to maximize growth during that time ( no I will not buy HGH, something more natural?)

:D, still I always was the tall one, then randomly a year ago my friends got insane growth spurts and became 185+, been really wanting some growth since then

not much point in the whole milk as pastuerisation absoltuely obliterates the growth factors in milk like igf-1. are u eating foods with oxalic acid? if so, the oxalates formed will bind to the calcium rendering it useless. just a small little thing that may not make a big diff but if u are eating foods like spinach, cut it out.

oops i admit i have spoken on a topic im not the most educated about. you may be correct with the igf1 in raw milk. however, the benefits in development on height have been at the very least correlated. i dont normally stoop as low as to resort to a correlation, so u probably hav the upper hand in knowledge about this i admit. still, i wouldnt recommened hgh at al.

Many people grow in height even after 17yo.
Yeah do the whole Sprinting+diet+sleep+ even extended fasts, etc if you want to do everything naturally

correlation? lmao. kids who drink raw milk also tend to have parents rich enough to afford grass-fed beef and private tutors. it’s called confounding variables, genius.
