i just turned 17 and im around 180cm I need to reach that 6 foot mark or I'm gonna be coping for the rest of my life

Sprinting and , fasting
Both sprinting and fasting boost the high hormone
And fasting is the best lazy way to do if you are a lazy ass who can't sprint:smonk:

As long as you don’t live in the Netherlands 180cm is fine.

These extra 2-3cm will barely make a practical impact in the dating market.
5-7cm is the minimum to create an actual noticeable size difference.
And also I suppose you refer to evening height anyways, so you probably are 6 feet in the morning.

Build a strong core/ lower back, fix your posture, enhance your spinal alignment and chances are you can permanently gain about 1cm in height over time.
