Many Indians overseas are legit very brilliant but one of the biggest differences them and East Asians is that many East Asians will move back to their home countries to invest in their own technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, and capital while Indians are far more content sending their very best minds to the West as permanent residents to invest in Western power.

It's one of the main reasons Indians dominate Silicon Valley more than the Chinese. Many Chinese techies get showered with offers from the CPC to invest in Chinese technology while Indians rarely get those types of offers from Modi.

THe people sent in the west is the elite of the elite and they are still near the average even though they tryhard to rise themselves economically.
