normally you should go to a dermatologist, but 20 mg a day to start is usually standard, your skin will be more sensitive to the sun, so use sunscreen on your face constantly and make sure you are not drinking a lot or giving stress to your liver as Accutane make it worse, use TUDCA to balance it out a bit and maybe glutathione, but just keep in in check and you will be good, takes sometime to have. the effect most people desire ( clean skin), you can get sone by upping the dose to 40, 60 even 100 mg per day. Personally I wouldn't do it, the sides can get really bad, the dryness of your skin, and at this point you should do some bloodwork to make sure your liver is not dying, usually not but again to make sure.

exactly, I have some friends that have gone on benders with Accutane and they are fine, but some bodies can react different and maybe you cam be more sensitive, but with a low dose its almost like taking Advil daily.
