Yes. Manufacturer matters. There are many pharmaceutical drug manufacturers in India, but they are not all equal. You want to stick with the ones that have good reputation. So, Cipla, Intas, Knoll, Healing Pharma, Sun, etc.

When buying on indiamart, you should be mindful of

1) The manufacturer of the generic that you're purchasing
2) The actual seller. Make sure they are well reviewed and 5+ year old account

how do u know what manufacturer have good rep in india if u not there?

Because I've done a lot of research about india and I know what brands are often stocked in indian pharmacies

My suggestion when buying unknown brand, buy a small batch for testing. like 10-20 pills

Then you can have them send to a lab for testing. Lab testing in india very cheap 5000 INR for a batch of 50 pills

Thats pretty high iq ngl. I saw u talk about this before on a post. So u just talk to seller and pay for 20 pills and tell them to send domestically to the lab. so basically you talk to both the seller and lab. But do the lab ship back to seller or they send it to u afterwards?

Bro how do you think they test the pills? They have to crush the pills, filter it, dissolve, etc. of course they can't send you the pills back. Same with vials of steroids. They will dispose of it all after testing.

That's why you send a small batch to the lab consisting of 10-50 pills

You buy your small test batch from the seller. You have him ship to the lab. You give the delivery tracking information to the lab. you send the payment to lab for testing. if testing goes good, you buy your big batch from seller
