I don't know why you'd do this except for shits and giggles, but you'll know it's real if you get a lot of water retention or carpal tunnel syndrome (numbness, tingling, "pins and needles," or a burning sensation in fingers or hands), at a certain dose.

It's pretty person-dependent from what I've heard.
I personally experience these side effects at around 6-8 IUs, but I've heard that people can experience them at levels ranging from 4 IUs and above.

Safe enough to say you should feel it above 8 then.
