Depends, I obviously can't speak for all vendors hence I said mine. I wouldn't tell you 100% then you go to a different vendor and get seized.
Can only speak on my vendors experience and promises.
Also different vendors have different methods of getting this stuff into different countries so not necessarily 100% across the board.
